Boilerplate

hr.cafe is a publication of first-person stories from HR and People practitioners — what they tried, what changed, and what they would tell a peer. Reading is free and never requires an account. Contributors approve every word before publication and keep the rights to their own work.

Facts you can check

We publish no audience figures, because we have none worth reporting and inventing them is the one thing this publication will not do. What is verifiable:

  • The publication is in its founding stage and has not yet published a real contributor story — see founding status, which is generated from the site’s own content.
  • Every story and person currently shown is an illustrative example, labelled as such and excluded from search indexes.
  • Reading requires no account, and the site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking — see cookies and storage.
  • The editorial standards, AI policy and sponsorship policy were all published before the first story, not after.

Marks

The wordmark is “hr.cafe”, lower case, always with the dot. Not “HR Cafe”, “HR.Cafe” or “hrcafe”.

Please keep clear space around the mark of at least the height of the “h”, do not recolor it, and do not place it on a busy background. Do not use the mark in a way that implies hr.cafe endorses a product, event or employer.

Getting in touch

Email editors@hr.cafe with “press” in the subject. We aim to reply within 10 working days. We will not arrange an interview with a contributor without their agreement, and will not pass on their contact details.
