Victoria Westen, currently in charge of recruitment activities, works for one of the world's most recognizable companies. She focuses on process improvement through Lean Six Sigma and coordinated a sustainability initiative in a 100-person department. Moreover, she gained knowledge while studying at universities located in Poland, the Netherlands, the UK, the USA, and Portugal. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Organizational Behavior.
