How Is the Training Conducted?

The lectures and workshops will be conducted in a live online broadcast format. You can interact with the instructor and fellow students through real-time chat during the lectures. Participate in interactive Q&A sessions, which are conducted with live interaction, allowing you to ask questions to the instructor using your voice.

What is the course schedule?

The training is scheduled to begin on June 7, 2023. It will consist of one lecture per week, with each lecture lasting approximately 1.5-2 hours. The lectures will generally start at 18:30 GMT+1. Please note that the final schedule will be confirmed closer to the start of the training.

When will students receive the lecture recordings and handouts?

The lecture recordings and additional materials will be accessible to each student in their personal account on hr.cafe within 2 days following the lecture. A notification will be sent via email to inform you when the materials are ready for access.

How will career coaching assessment and personal coaching sessions with the instructor be conducted?

Students enrolled in the Ultimate Career Development Package will receive instructions on how to submit their completed assignments for evaluation by a career coach. The coach will carefully review the assignments and provide feedback, including professional recommendations, to conduct a personalized mentoring session. Afterward, a personal manager will personally contact each student to schedule personalized online mentoring sessions.

Refund terms

Refund is possible after attending the 1st lecture. Participants who attended the 2nd lecture and beyond cannot receive a refund. To request a refund, students can contact hr.cafe customer support by sending an email to info@hr.cafe. Please include your registered email address, the name of the course and package purchased, and the reason for the refund request in the email. A support manager will then contact you to clarify the refund details.
